Website assistant · Updated 13 October 2026
Aria is an AI assistant providing initial guidance on Manuel Heider’s services. It generates answers with Anthropic Claude Sonnet 5.5. Claude Haiku 5.5 checks responses for disclosure of internal instructions. This additional check cannot guarantee that every answer is correct or safe.
This website assistant is separate from Agent: Aria, a personal team of AI agents whose website and product are in development, and from the co-pilot in Vecura.
Aria can clarify requirements, explain services and current references, suggest a suitable next step and summarise the conversation in the chat. It can open the project configurator, check available appointment slots and open an external booking link.
The chat does not send emails, submit contact requests or complete bookings. You send enquiries through the contact form and complete bookings yourself. The assistant has no access to your client account, invoices, private documents, email inbox or payment details.
Answers are generated automatically and can contain incorrect, incomplete or outdated information. Aria does not browse the web to verify current facts. The availability tool only checks appointment slots.
Manuel personally confirms scope, prices and deadlines. Chat responses are not binding offers and do not replace legal, tax, medical or financial advice. Check relevant facts before making a decision.
Sending a message sends your text and the bounded conversation history to Anthropic through our server. The submitted history and displayed answer are stored in Supabase for consultation and quality assurance. The privacy notice describes the data, providers and your rights.
Please do not enter passwords, payment details, health information or confidential third-party data. You can use the contact form instead of the chat.
If an answer seems wrong, ask Manuel to check it. You can report problems or request information about stored conversations at info@manuel-heider.com. Include the approximate time and topic, without repeating sensitive information unnecessarily.
